BBC One World runs Norwegian focus

The Renowned BBC One World radio show runs an extensive focus on the Norwegian club/electronica scene.

As mic.no/english reported in January, the renowned BBC One World radio show ran several programmes on Norway and its club/electronica scene. The One World began its Norwegian odyssey in the birthplace of Norwegian club culture: the sub-arctic town of Tromsų. The team then continued to the hotbed of current electronic activity, Bergen, and ended the mission in Oslo. Interviews, background info, live-recordings and lots of Norwegian music made up for a very extensive profiling on the Norwegian club scene.

If you missed the three long radio programmes, you now have a chance to read the BBC Radio 1 One World team’s impressions of their stay in Norway. Read more on the One World team’s encounters with Norwegian club culture, cold and alcohol prize-level here.
