5th Biennial International Competition for Young Pianists in Memory of Vladimir Horowitz 2003

The International Competition for Young Pianists in Memory of Vladimir Horowitz was initiated in 1994. Four competitions have been held already since that time - in 1995, 1997, 1999, 2001. 416 young pianists from 25 countries of the world have taken part in them. Great contribution to the development of the Competition constituted numerous tours of its prize winners - they were gaining applause in Ukraine, USA, Australia, Israel, France, Russia, UK, Rumania, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Malaysia, China, Croatia, Japan
