The Northern Lights Festival offers you music of high artistic quality when the sun reappears for the first time since November. The Northern Lights Festival was established in 1988 and since then, the Festival has become nationally and internationally renowned. Many eminent artists performed here, including The Mariinsky Ballet's first visit ever to Norway. The festival lasts for nine days presenting a wide repertoir of music perfromed by national and international artists of the highest standard.
