The Norwegian Student Choral Society (Den norske Studentersangforening) is both a progressive male voice choir with a driving ambition and at the same time a society of rich musical tradition reaching back to the Norwegian national-romantic period of the 19th Century. This vital tradition is shared with all the other academic choirs of the Nordic countries. The DnS is also the official male voice choir at the University of Oslo.
