Soundscape Studios AS was established in 1996 by CEO Robin Stoeckert. The company specializes in custom AV-solutions for art and exhibition projects. Soundscape Studios has developed a digital audio matrix for real-time audio diffusion used in several large-scale, long-life sound installations, such as Bekkelaget sewage plant, Nydalen subway station, Museum of Natural History and Archaeology in Trondheim, and the NTNU Natural Science Building.

The company is involved in every aspect of audio installation projects, ranging from project planning, audio and control software programming, custom hardware development, building acoustics, electrical engineering, sound design, virtual acoustics and 3D spatialization, interactive system development and design, sensor technology, system operation and maintenance.

The company is a retailer of a wide range of audio and video equipment, and can develop custom hardware when needed. We are happy to run training courses and give lectures on subjects related to sound, acoustics and audio installations. Staff now includes Robin Stoeckert, Oeyvind Brandtsegg and Sigurd Saue, and the staff members are active participants in the Audio Engineering Society(AES), INFOCOMM, the Norwegian Acoustic Society (NAS) and the International Community of Auditory Display (ICAD).
