"De Unges Orkesterforbund Hordaland " is the youth symphony orchestra association in Hordaland county . The association operates the youth symphony orchestra "West coast youth symphony orchestra" and "Ung Symfoni". " Ung Symfoni" is regarded as one of the best youth Symphony orchestras in Norway. The association is also active with its own summer music school, the west coast Festival in the spring and arranging concerts threw the year.
