Since autumn 1983: Organist i Samnanger. Active as a composer since 1980. Member of Norwegian Society of Composers since 2002, earlier member of Ny Musikk's Composers Group.

MUSICAL EDUCATION
1980 : Organist Exam Higher Degree at The Bergen Conservatory of Music.
1989/90 : One-year course in composition and arranging at The Bergen Conservatory of Music. Teacher: Mogens Christensen Private composition studies with Ruth Bakke, Kjell Samkpf, Nils Henrik Asheim. 2 Summer courses in composition at The Nordens Folk High-School in Bishops-Arnö, Sweden. Teachers: Jan W. Morthenson, Daniel Börtz, Åke Parmerud.
