Gunhild Seim
Trumpetist, Composer
Leads the band Time Jungle and the label Drolleholå. Studied trumpet and composition with artists such as Dave Douglas, and performed with Andrew d’ Angelo and Alfred Janson. In addition to performing with different bands in Norway, she also has performed internationally. Along with Nils Henrik Asheim she is also one of the co-leaders of contemporary music ensemble Kitchen Orchestra, which is connected to the contemporary arts venue Tou Scene and contemporary music organization Ny Musikk. She received the grant "Norsk Jazzforums musikerstipend" in 2006.
